Yes. Recurring plans run on your own Stripe account with automatic billing, renewals and delinquency tracking. Payments go to your Stripe account and Randel takes no transaction commission; Stripe fees apply.

Can Randel run our events?

Yes. Events have member and public registration, tickets, capacity limits and check-in, and attendance is recorded on each member profile. Ticket payments go to your Stripe account with no Randel commission.

What does white-label mean in Randel?

Members use the platform on your custom domain with your logo, colors and language settings. The admin area your staff use may still mention Randel or G2F.

What does Randel replace?

Typically the spreadsheets, payment links, ticketing site, e-signature account and PDF directory a community uses side by side. Casual chat can stay where your members already talk, and video calls can stay in Zoom or Meet.
