For chambers of commerce

Software for chambers of commerce and business networks

Chambers and business networks use Randel to show what member businesses offer, run events and meetings that create real connections, and see the referrals and transactions that come out of them.

What a chamber of commerce needs from its platform

A chamber's core offer is access to other businesses. Its platform needs to make member businesses visible, give members reasons to meet and show leaders whether those meetings lead anywhere. Randel combines a business directory, events, check-in meetings and referral tracking with recurring memberships billed through your own Stripe account.

What you can do with Randel

Member business directory

The Explore section lets members list their businesses, projects and needs so others can find them.

Map view

See where member businesses are located to plan local meetups and regional introductions.

Events and check-in

Networking events, breakfasts and forums with registrations, tickets and check-in recorded on member profiles.

AI introductions

Suggested matches between members based on profiles and activity, each with an affinity score.

Referral and transaction tracking

Track referrals, transactions and meetings to see which connections turn into business.

Memberships and prospects

Recurring memberships bill through Stripe, and a leads board follows businesses that are considering joining.

Making member businesses visible

Chambers often promise visibility to member businesses, then deliver it as a logo on a website or a printed list. Members get more value when they can see what other businesses do, what they are working on and what they need right now.

In Randel, member profiles feed a directory, the Explore section surfaces businesses, projects and needs, and the Map view shows where members are. New members can get to know the chamber without waiting for the next mixer, and long-standing members discover businesses they never knew were in the network.

From introductions to referrals you can measure

Networking value is easy to claim and hard to prove. Randel connects the steps between meeting someone and doing business with them, so each step leaves a record.

  1. 1

    A member posts a need

A business lists what it is looking for in Explore.

  2. 2

    AI suggests an introduction

Relevant members are suggested with an affinity score that explains the fit.

  3. 3

    Members meet

At an event, a one-on-one meeting or a recurring check-in meeting - Randel recommends check-ins twice a month.

  4. 4

    The referral is recorded

Referrals and resulting transactions are tracked in the platform.

  5. 5

    Leaders review the ecosystem

Dashboards and rankings show which members and events create the most activity.

Membership revenue and events without an extra commission

Chambers usually collect recurring dues and sell tickets for events. In Randel both run through the chamber's own Stripe account: recurring memberships renew automatically, failed payments and overdue invoices appear on the member record, and ticket sales stay linked to attendance.

The platform fee depends on member count - US$ 200/month for up to 250 members, plus US$ 100/month for each additional block of 250 - and Randel takes no commission on dues or tickets, so a busy events calendar does not raise the software bill.

Frequently asked questions

Can we follow businesses that are thinking about joining?

Yes. A leads board moves prospective members through a clear pipeline inside the same workspace, so your team knows who is in conversation and what comes next.

Does Randel charge a fee on dues or event tickets?

No. Membership dues and ticket payments go to your chamber's Stripe account and Randel takes no commission. Stripe's processing fees apply separately.

How do we show the board that networking is working?

Referral, transaction and meeting tracking show what happens after introductions, and dashboards add engagement metrics, monthly activity and rankings. Together they turn "people seem to enjoy the events" into something you can report.

Does Randel only fit formal chambers of commerce?

No. The same workflows suit business associations, referral groups and other business communities where members join to meet and do business with each other.
