The platform starts at US$ 200/month for up to 250 members. Each additional block of 250 members costs US$ 100/month. Annual billing charges 10 months for the platform (2 months free). Consulting is US$ 240 per 4 hours and development is US$ 360 per 8 hours, billed as used.

Does Randel take a commission on payments?

No. Randel does not take a transaction commission. Membership dues, event tickets, and in-app charges go to your Stripe account. Stripe’s own processing fees still apply.

Is Randel truly white-label?

Yes. Members use your logo, domain, and theme. The member-facing experience runs under your brand. The admin area may still mention Randel or G2F.

What tools can Randel replace?

Randel commonly replaces a stack of spreadsheets, standalone Stripe workflows, Eventbrite, Zoom/Meet scheduling, DocuSign, and Mailchimp - with member history scattered across those tools.

How does implementation and support work?

Implementation follows Discover → scoped quote → configuration → roll out. Scope is approved before work starts, data migration is available when needed, and human support is included. Support is human - not AI chatbots.
