This page provides additional information for individuals located in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom (UK) regarding how G2F LLC processes personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR.

When an organization uses Randel to manage its community, that organization is generally the data controller for member and community data, and G2F acts as a data processor processing data on the organization's instructions.

For website visits, sales inquiries, and certain account administration data, G2F may act as a data controller.

Depending on the activity, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract with you or your organization.
• Legitimate interests, such as securing the platform and improving services, balanced against your rights.
• Compliance with legal obligations.
• Consent, where required and obtained for specific processing such as certain cookies or marketing communications.

If GDPR applies to you, you may have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of data in certain circumstances.
• Request restriction of processing.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Request data portability where processing is based on contract or consent and carried out by automated means.
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Personal data may be transferred outside the EEA or UK. Where required, G2F implements appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or UK authorities, and supplementary measures where appropriate.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

G2F uses trusted service providers to host, secure, and support the platform. Organizations using Randel may request information about subprocessors relevant to their agreement with G2F.
